Request a Group Visit

This form submits a request only. Your selected date and time will be tentatively reserved, but adjustments may be made based on availability.

You will receive your initial confirmation through Cojilio via email and text. A reconfirmation and additional visit details will then be sent by the Yale Peabody Museum Education Team via email. Please remember to check your spam or junk folders to make sure you receive all communications.

Select your top three preferred visit dates (in order) so we can do our best to accommodate your group.
We’ll do our best to accommodate your preferred arrival time; however, final times may vary based on bus drop-off capacity. Arrival slots are scheduled in 15-minute increments, with three groups per time slot.

Visits are limited to a maximum of three hours total, unless special permission is arranged in advance. If your group plans to depart earlier than that, please note it below. For requests to extend beyond three hours, contact the Peabody Education Coordinator for approval.
Group Leader
The Group Leader must be ON-SITE on the day of the trip.
Please indicate the total number of adults who will accompany your group. Our maximum capacity is 100 participants . Any booking request submitted with more than 100 participants will be canceled.
