Our newly renovated space offers many unique facilities for an exclusive opportunity for your department or organization to experience the Museum like never before.
Submit a request to host your event at the Peabody Museum:
We welcome all Yale departments and eligible not-for-profit institutions and corporations. We are not currently hosting weddings or other social gatherings like birthday parties.
We are proud to work with the below caterers at the Museum.
Since the Museum is open until 5 pm every day except Monday, most of our events will be required to start an hour or more after closing, depending on size and complexity.

Capacity: 175 seated, 200 reception
Burke Hall of Dinosaurs
Capacity: 80 seated, 100 reception
David Friend Hall
Capacity: 70 seated
Renting the entire first floor, entire Museum, adding on our outdoor Terrace, and some small classrooms may also be available and can be discussed with your Event Manager after filling out our request form.
