By entering your name here you:

1. Give permission to the Yale Peabody Museum of Natural History to create images of your original art, in any media, that you create as a student in Yale programs; agree that these images are the property of Yale; and grant to Yale University the nonexclusive right to reproduce, at its sole discretion, in perpetuity and in any media, your art for Yale’s nonprofit, educational purposes in the promotion of its activities and events, including but not limited to exhibitions, advertisements, brochures, and on the internet. You further agree to the display of your original art in exhibitions and on the Yale Peabody Museum website. The Yale Peabody Museum agrees to include a credit line acknowledging you as creator of the art and agrees to your use of its images of your art for your own self-promotion activities. Copyright and ownership of art created in Yale programs remains with you.

2. Give the Peabody Museum of Natural History and Yale University, its assigns, licensees, and legal representatives the irrevocable right to record and use your image and/or voice in all forms and media and in all manners, including composite or distorted representations, for educational, promotional, advertising, trade, or any other lawful purpose, and you waive any right to inspect or approve the finished version(s), including written copy that may be created in connection with this recording, photography or moving image.

You agree and understand that you will receive no monetary compensation for these releases and you waive any claim to such. You agree to hold Yale University, its agents, officers, employees and volunteers harmless from any liability, loss, expense or claim for injury or damages arising from this consent.
