Connecticut’s natural areas are often thought to be the best places for pollinators, but actually your yard can be a magnet for birds, butterflies and bees. Whether you have an apartment patio or an acre, join Peabody Education Coordinator Jim Sirch for an in-depth workshop on creating a backyard wildlife oasis. Sound gardening techniques, strategies for attracting new pollinators to your landscape, and the best native plants for your site will be discussed, with loads of resources as well.
