It’s back! Many think of insects as pests, but how many people think of insects as food? Explore the role of insects in our lives at this family event that focuses on the centuries-old, worldwide practice of eating insects known as entomophagy. If you dare, sample insect dishes prepared by local chefs during one of the live cooking demonstrations (space is limited).
