Join us to celebrate the public opening of David Friend Hall, the Museum’s new 2,300-square-foot gallery of minerals and gems! From delicate diamonds to a single crystal that weighs 2,000 pounds, David Friend Hall will soon become a signature gallery of the Peabody Museum. Activities will include a mineral dig and touch table, a craft activity, and a scavenger hunt.
Admission during the anniversary weekend is free thanks to a generous gift from the Lucille and Arnold J. Alderman Fund.
