Bring the whole family to celebrate the opening of Big Food: Health, Culture and the Evolution of Eating, and be one of the first to check out this new, engaging exhibition. Through displays set up by local food- and health-related organizations, visitors will have the opportunity to learn even more about nutrition, healthy life choices, physical fitness, food system sustainability and environmental justice. Kids can challenge themselves in the Physical Activity Bingo game that will take them around the Museum, and adults can try out a Zumba class. There will be games, craft activities, a puppet show, and more!
Big Food: Health, Culture and the Evolution of Eating is a collaboration between the Yale Peabody Museum of Natural History, CARE: Community Alliance for Research and Engagement at the Yale School of Public Health, and the Rudd Center for Food Policy and Obesity.
