Peabody on the Road - Registration Form

BEFORE COMPLETING THIS REQUEST FORM, PLEASE REMEMBER THE FOLLOWING:

 

  1. Requests must be received at least one month prior to the event
  2. Your organization must provide Peabody on the Road volunteers with at least one 8’ table and 2 chairs
  3. Peabody on the Road is only available for events open to the general public and within a 25 mile radius of the museum.
  4. Peabody on the Road does not provide a program.  It is community outreach that brings a sampling of the Peabody Museum’s artifacts and specimens to public events.
  5. Peabody on the Road does not participate in events as the sole vendor.
  6. Peabody on the Road does not pay a fee to appear at events.
  7. If an event is planned for outdoors, rain cancels Peabody on the Road’s participation
