The EVOLUTIONS Program Implementation Toolkit
This is the 2nd iteration (updated spring 2009) of a toolkit initially developed with NSF funding intended to detail the implementation of the EVOLUTIONS After School Program from its inception. The toolkit includes a comprehensive narrative in addition to several administrative and curricular tools. Anyone wishing for a hard copy of the toolkit can email peabody.afterschool@yale.edu.
