General Information

All Parties Include: 

  • Exclusive use of a private room for 2 hours (1.5 hours for the party, and 15 minutes before and after for staff assisted set-up and clean-up)
  • Museum staff to run all activities
  • Up to 15 children (Additional children, up to 22 maximum, may be added for $10.00 per additional child. Please keep in mind that the Birthday Party Room has a capacity of 25, which includes children and adults.)
  • Electronic invitations with parking instructions
  • Same day free admission for all party guests and parents
  • Time for party refreshments

 

Details & Availability:

  • Themed birthday parties are just $350 ($325 for Museum members) and are designed for children ages 4-10.

  • Reservations must be made at least two weeks in advance.

  • Parties are scheduled on most Saturdays (10:30am; 12:45pm; 3:00 pm) and Sundays (12:45pm & 3:00 pm).

  • A $100 non-refundable deposit is due at time of reservation to confirm your date and time. The balance (including all additional guests) is due on or before the date of the party.

Guests:

IMPORTANT - Families dropping off their children are invited to enjoy the museum exhibits during the party at no charge.  Due to the limited capacity in the Birthday Party Room, we can only accommodate a maximum of 25 people within the room.  Standing in the hallway outside the Party Room is not permitted.
