To register a guest for any field trips or social events (Icebreaker or Banquet), please make selection(s)/addition(s) on your own registration form.
Payment is due in full at the time of registration. VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Diners Club are accepted. If paying by check, print off the registration form and mail it with your check made payable to Yale University- reference SPNHC 2012 in the memo area. You may transfer your registration to another person at no additional cost at any time by providing reasonable advance notice to the Conference Local Organizing Committee (LOC).
Cancellations received in writing by the Conference Local Organizing Committee (LOC) not less than eight (8) days prior to the conference will result in reimbursement for paid registration fees minus a $50 administration fee. No reimbursement will be issued for cancellations occurring within seven (7) days (inclusive) of the conference.
In the event that a scheduled event/activity is canceled for any reason, you will receive a 100% reimbursement of the fee paid. The LOC will, when possible, do its very best to offer an alternative event/activity.
