Parking

The Peabody Museum Visitor’s Parking Lot (see Parking Map) is open to the MPC-29 meeting participants.  It is at the far south end of Yale Lot 22 (please note the signs inside the lot.) The entrance is accessible from Whitney Avenue one block north of the Museum opposite Humphrey Street. On entering go to the very end of the entrance drive and make a left; continue down to the end to the second yellow gate. You must take a ticket from the machine to enter the lot, but the gates will be open at the end of the day, so there will be no need to validate your parking if you leave at 4:30pm or later.

If the Peabody lot is full, you may find additional parking in Yale’s visitor lot (Lot 16V on the map.) If you leave the Peabody parking lot, go back down the driveway towards Whitney Avenue and the visitor lot entrance is on the left, before the traffic light.  The Yale visitor lot charges by the hour on weekdays –signs in the lot will explain to you how to pay by credit card over the phone.

On the weekend, the Peabody lot, Lot 22, and Lot 16V will all be open and free to park in for MPC-29 meeting participants.
